What’s happened to SMS Expert?
iTagg Limited, the business behind SMS Expert went into administration on the 17th September 2019. The administrators (Hugh Jesseman and Stephen Evans of Antony Batty & Company LLP) have entered into an agreement to sell the business and assets to Evoke IT Midco Limited, who are operating the business with immediate effect. The business will continue to trade as SMS Expert.
Who are Evoke IT Midco Limited?
Evoke IT Midco Limited is led by entrepreneurs Stephen Whyte and Jonathan Graves. Stephen has over 18 years experience in IT software solutions and business leadership. Jon Graves has a variety of business interests including two sector-leading telecoms firms. Stephen, Jon and their respective teams bring stability and scale to the new business and a commitment to the long term future that will enable us to develop new and innovative products.
I’m a customer - what happens now?
In the short term, the service is running on a restricted basis. Our team are contacting all customers as quickly as possible to ensure that we are able to provide a full and uninterrupted service as quickly as possible. What is happening in the future?
The new team will continue to offer and develop our great portal, making it as easy as possible for you to manage messages and campaigns. Our extensive development team will be developing new features and functionality as well as responding to customer requests.

If you are a creditor of iTagg Limited, please contact the administrators (Hugh Jesseman and Stephen Evans of Antony Batty & Company LLP). Evoke IT Midco Limited will be contacting relevant suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
