Once your account is live training will be delivered to introduce your team to the features of the system and to agree any customisation required. You will then be provided with your own access to a secure on-line system which is straight forward, intuitive and easy to use. 

QADEX manage all aspects of ensuring supplier compliance

• The QADEX support team will liase with your suppliers, on your behalf, informing them that an on-line questionnaire will be arriving soon. Thereafter, QADEX will provide on-going supplier support helping them with any queries about the questionnaire and the completion process.
• Prompt and chase outstanding questionnaires - based on a pre-agreed timescale agreed with you - the timescales are quite often influenced by the urgency of a BRC or retailer audit!!

You receive Quality Assured information from suppliers

• QADEX food technologists review all completed questionnaires to check key information supplied such as BRC certificates, HACCP's etc.
• Risk assessment scores and exception reports available by supplier.

You will be able to view and manage all your suppliers, send questionnaire requests to all or selected suppliers as well as having access to a comprehensive reporting suite. Within the reporting suite you will be able to see which suppliers are outstanding, who has completed, how far each supplier is through their questionnaire! etc.
