What We Do

Extensive experience has been gained managing supply chains within the food industry.  Acting on behalf of customers, QADEX typically drill down into the customers supply chain until the primary processing site of an ingredient or packaging item is identified. Information will then be collected from the processing sites relating to site systems and processes or relating to the products produced on the site. During the collection process suppliers receive free and unlimited support from the experienced QADEX support team which includes food technologists.

Supplier responses are assessed and scored to create non-conformance reports for each supplier. Scoring matrices can be used to create initial supplier risk assessments.
