QADEX Specifications will provide you with your own access to a secure on-line system which is straight forward, intuitive and easy to use.

You will be able to view and manage all your suppliers, send specification requests to all or selected suppliers as well as having access to a comprehensive reporting suite. Within the reporting suite you will be able to see which suppliers specifications are outstanding, who has completed and how far each supplier is through their specification,

Once your account is live, we will deliver training to introduce your team to the system’s features and to agree any customisation required. You will then be provided with your own access to a secure on-line system which is straight forward, intuitive and easy to use. 

QADEX manage all aspects of ensuring supplier compliance

• The QADEX support team will liase with your suppliers, on your behalf, informing them that a specification request will be arriving soon. After that, QADEX will provide on-going supplier support, helping them with any queries about the specification and the completion process.
• We will also chase outstanding specifications - based on a pre-agreed timescale with you.
